Components

What goes into a padel court

Steel Frame Structure

Hot-dip galvanized steel frames provide the backbone of every court. Our structures are engineered to withstand tropical weather conditions and are rated for wind loads up to 120 km/h.

Tempered Glass Walls

10mm or 12mm tempered safety glass panels on the back and side walls. These panels are designed to absorb ball impact while providing excellent visibility for spectators.

Steel Mesh Panels

Welded steel mesh with 45mm × 45mm aperture sits above the glass walls. Powder-coated for durability and available in various colors to match your branding.

Foundation System

Reinforced concrete foundations designed for local soil conditions. We work with geotechnical engineers to ensure long-term stability in tropical climates.

Artificial Turf Surface

Premium synthetic grass with silica sand infill creates the perfect playing surface. Proper drainage ensures playability even after heavy rain.

LED Lighting System

Professional LED floodlights providing 400-500 lux illumination. Designed to minimize glare while ensuring consistent visibility across the entire court.
